Labcorp is seeking a remote Business Development Director to join our team in Mechelen, Belgium. The role focuses on driving strategic growth with pharmaceutical and biotech accounts, building long-term partnerships, and leading cross-functional bidding and proposals.

You will manage client relationships, develop account plans, forecast opportunities, and collaborate with Labcorp's global resources to win new business. Travel around 30–40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• 5+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech sectors.

Responsabilités

• Achieve annual sales plan and targets for assigned accounts via proactive sales activity and networking with potential and existing accounts.
• Participate in proposal scope development as appropriate.
• Establish, nurture and grow client relationships at appropriate levels.
