Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in agricultural planning, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluently in English and French; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Transport management: arrange cost-optimal transport from suppliers to production plants via barge, train or trucks.
• Monitor shipments and handle disruptions to ensure timely delivery in full.
• Finance and administration: manage time processing and accuracy of invoices; ensure necessary documentation is shared promptly.
• Supply planning & forecasting: develop short- and long-term barley supply plans based on forecasts, availability, and inventory targets.
• Liaise with growers, cooperatives, and procurement to confirm delivery timelines and volumes.
• Track contract compliance and manage supplier performance metrics.
• Inventory management: monitor barley inventory across storage and production sites.
• Data analysis & reporting: analyze supply data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; prepare KPIs.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with production, QA, and procurement to align plans; support sustainability and traceability.
• Process improvement: identify and implement improvements in planning tools, workflows, and communication; contribute to digital transformation.
