Boortmalt in Belgium seeks a Production Manager to lead malt production operations, driving safety, quality and efficiency in line with the production plan. You will guide an on-site team, optimize processes and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and CSR standards.
You bring a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, 3+ years of supervisory experience in food production, fluent Dutch, strong Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
As Production Manager, you lead the production operations teams and ensure consistent application of processes across the department. Your focus is to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality malt production (First Time Right) in line with the agreed production plan. You continuously optimize performance while ensuring full compliance with HACCP, GMP and quality standards, and you actively promote a strong SHE culture on site.
