Cream Consulting by Audensiel is seeking a Functional Analyst who acts as a bridge between business and IT within the banking sector. You will translate business needs into functional specifications for digital platforms such as mobile applications, AI solutions or e-Commerce tools.

You will work with business and IT teams, describe test scenarios, ensure the quality of deliverables and coordinate with designers and developers while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Functional Analysis in the banking sector.
• Very good knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira, ...).
• Able to meet project deadlines and provide high quality deliverables.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent in French and English; good knowledge of Dutch is required.

Responsabilités

• Understand and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Follow up with technical analysts, designers and developers.
• Describe test scenarios, prepare test data and coordinate test execution with the Test Coordinator.
• Analyse results and propose corrective actions where needed.
• Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Dive into technical aspects when necessary.
• Work closely with business teams to ensure the delivered solution meets their expectations.
