Inetum Belgium is seeking a seasoned Java backend developer to work across multi-project initiatives, delivering enterprise-grade applications with a focus on clean architecture and scalable microservices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in scrum, and drive quality through testing and code reviews.

The role emphasizes Spring ecosystem, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, and cloud exposure (Azure/AWS). Fluent English is required; Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Java backend development.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Share and upgrade your skills through multiple projects and contribute to maintenance standards.
• Share expertise and discuss project status during scrum meetings.
• Identify improvements in development projects and contribute actively to them.
• Lead on quality of delivery by playing a proactive role in testing at all stages.
• Ensure delivery of well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Coach junior profiles when comfortable.
