Inetum Belgium is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our growing team. You will work on enterprise applications, deliver robust backend services, and participate in design reviews, testing, and code quality improvements.

The role requires strong Java, Spring, REST, and microservices skills, plus collaboration with front-end teams. We offer hybrid work, flexible hours, a company car option, and a comprehensive benefits package in a dynamic European IT consultancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Java backend development.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Dutch and/or French language proficiency may be required.

Responsabilités

• Share and upgrade your skills through multiple projects ranging from new applications & functionalities developments to complex cross-projects developments.
• Share your expertise and exchange about project status and issues during the scrum meetings.
• Help identify and bring your contribution to key improvements elements of development projects.
• Take the lead on the quality of the delivery by playing a proactive role in the testing phases at all the necessary steps of the development.
• Ensure the delivery of well designed, testable and efficient code.
• Coach and help junior profiles on some matters (if you feel comfortable)
