Job summary

ITS Group Benelux is looking for a Medior Azure & Entra ID Support Team Member to join its SPIA Service Desk. You will focus on IAM, Security, Privacy, Infrastructure and Account Management, delivering incident resolution, service requests, changes and governance while ensuring compliance with standards.

You will administer and configure Microsoft Azure and Entra ID / Azure AD, support onboarding and offboarding, and develop and maintain technical procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Azure or similar technologies.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the technical configuration and administration of Microsoft Azure.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the technical configuration and administration of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD (not limited to user/access management).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT networking experience (IP addressing, subnets, firewalls, routing, DNS).
• Proven experience creating, maintaining, monitoring, and executing technical or operational processes and guidelines.
• Practical ITIL experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Dutch C1 or French C1 (CEFR).

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents, information requests, and service requests.
• Implement and follow up technical and operational changes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, technically and administratively.
• Contribute to Security, Privacy, IAM, Infrastructure & DevOps, and Account Management operations.
• Draft, maintain, monitor, and improve security and privacy policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Provide operational and technical support to employees and customers.
• Administer and configure Microsoft Azure environments.
• Administer and configure Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD environments.
• Support IAM processes and operations.
• Handle incident management and service request fulfilment.
• Execute change management activities.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Develop, document, maintain, and improve procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements.
• Work with Security, Infrastructure & DevOps, and Account Management teams.
• Provide stakeholder support and coordination.
