LACO is seeking a Medior Databricks Data Engineer who loves turning raw data into scalable, high-performing solutions. You will design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Databricks, Spark, and Azure, delivering cloud-native data platforms that drive real business value.

You will collaborate with data professionals and stakeholders, own key technical decisions, and grow through continuous learning in a hybrid role with generous leave and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, Spark, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data modelling, cloud platforms, and CI/CD.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English.

At LACO, we're looking for a Medior Databricks Data Engineer who loves transforming raw data into scalable, high-performing solutions. You'll work on innovative Microsoft Data & AI projects, helping clients build cloud-native data platforms that drive real business value.

• Around 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, Spark (PySpark/Spark SQL), SQL, and Python
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data modelling, cloud platforms, and CI/CD
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English
• Open to both employees and freelance consultants
