Brussels Airlines SA is seeking a Warehousing & Logistics Manager to ensure availability, compliance and smooth movement of aircraft parts and tooling to support uninterrupted maintenance operations. You will lead warehousing, logistics, customs and dangerous goods activities within an aviation environment.

You will manage end-to-end logistics, oversee multiple storage locations, ensure stock accuracy and drive audits, continuous improvement and a ~20 FTE team, with AOG support outside office

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Industrial/ Civil Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally within aviation maintenance
• Proven leadership experience in an operational environment
• Strong knowledge of logistics, airworthiness and regulatory compliance
• Experience with Dangerous Goods and customs regulations
• Understanding of cost accounting and financial impact
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus
• AMOS or ERP system knowledge
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with high ownership and integrity

Responsabilités

• Lead regulatory audits (EASA/FAA/IATA) and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage and develop a team of approximately 20 FTE
• Ensure AOG support outside office hours
