Job summary

NHV is seeking a Production Planner at our Ostend maintenance hangar to ensure helicopter maintenance activities run safely, efficiently and on schedule. You will coordinate manpower, tools, equipment and spare parts, translating maintenance needs into practical work plans.

You will work with Maintenance, Supply Chain and CAMO teams to optimize scheduling, track progress, manage bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety, quality and information security.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a technical/engineering/maintenance environment.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of French or another language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, monitor, and finalize maintenance work packages.
• Assign and track manpower for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate tool and equipment availability with stakeholders.
• Ensure spare parts and consumables are available on time.
• Monitor actual vs planned man-hours and optimize future planning.
• Track helicopter status, parts availability and maintenance progress.
• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance planning, Supply Chain and CAMO.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain planning data.
• Contribute to safety, quality and information security culture.
