Nunsys is seeking an AV/IT Specialist to join our Brussels team. You will diagnose and repair complex AV/IT incidents, maintain equipment, firmware, and content, and provide hands-on support for exhibitions.

Based in Brussels, you will cover on-site duties, collaborate with the on-site technician, and help ensure smooth operation of galleries, signals, networks, audio, projection, and media players during openings and events.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair AV/IT incidents on-site.
• Perform preventive maintenance and firmware/content updates.
• Cover for the on-site technician during holidays and sick leave (≈28 days/yr).

Responsabilités

• Monday gallery reviews with the on-site technician.
• Diagnose and repair complex AV/IT incidents (control, signal, network, media players, audio, projection).
• Advanced preventive maintenance and updates to firmware/content.
• Cover for the on-site technician during holidays and sick leave.
• Support for installations and events.
• Provide a short weekly report to the Nunsys Project Manager.

Your mision will be to be the second technical level for the exhibitions: diagnose and repair what the on-site technician cannot solve (control, signal, network, media players, audio, projection), review the galleries with him every Monday, run advanced preventive maintenance, propose improvements and cover his absences.

What you will do?

• Every Monday at the museum: review of the galleries and of open tickets with the on-site technician.
• Diagnosis and repair of complex incidents: control, signal, network, media players, audio and projection.
• Advanced preventive maintenance and firmware and content updates.
• Cover for the on-site technician during holidays and sick leave (about 28 days a year, planned in advance).
• Support for one-off work: installations, temporary exhibitions and events.
• A short weekly report to the Nunsys Project Manager.
