Job summary

Nunsys Group is seeking an AV/IT Maintenance Technician to keep museum exhibitions running on-site in Brussels. The role demands hands-on maintenance of AV installations, routine checks, and responsive support for events and installations.

Based in Brussels with the right to work in Belgium, you will work with the local team and remote support to ensure smooth operation and compliance with security rules for EP institutions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years maintaining AV/IT installations (minimum 2 exhibitions).
• Hands-on command of projection, displays, audio, matrices, media players and basic networking.
• Professional English (B2 or higher); French or Dutch are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily start-up, check and shutdown rounds of displays, projectors, audio, media players and control systems.
• First-level diagnosis and resolution of incidents on the exhibition floor; escalation as needed.
• Scheduled preventive maintenance: technical cleaning, filters, lamps, updates and tests.
• Equipment and consumables replacement and spare parts stock control.
• Ticket and intervention logging in GLPI and a monthly report to the Project Manager.
• Technical support for installations, temporary exhibitions and museum events.
• Compliance with the European Parliament's security and access rules.
