Actiris is seeking a Technical Customer Trainer for an international organization active in aftermarket mobility systems. Based near Brussels, you will transfer technical knowledge to customers, workshops, fleets and service partners while acting as a key technical contact.

You will deliver training programs, support networks, and develop new programs; conduct on-site sessions and support presentations at events. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle systems and products.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver technical training programs to customers, service partners, and network organizations.
• Ensure accurate transfer of technical product and system knowledge.
• Develop new training programs responding to market demands and customer needs.
• Create and maintain training-related system access and credentials.
• Conduct on-site training sessions and technical presentations at events.
• Provide technical support to aftermarket customers and answer product-related questions.
• Maintain relationships with service workshops, fleets, and industry partners.
