Your Role

As a Technical Customer Trainer, you will be responsible for transferring technical knowledge to customers, workshops, fleets, and service partners. You will act as a key technical contact, ensuring that customers have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively use and maintain products and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Deliver technical training programs to customers, service partners, and network organizations.
• Ensure accurate and effective transfer of technical product and system knowledge.
• Develop new training programs that respond to market demands and customer needs.
• Create and maintain training-related system access and software credentials where required.
• Conduct on-site customer training sessions and technical presentations at customer events.

Technical Support

• Provide technical support to aftermarket customers.
• Assist customers with technical questions related to products and systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for technical solutions and applications.

Customer & Network Development

• Maintain strong relationships with service workshops, fleets, and industry partners.
• Support the development and maintenance of commercial service networks.
• Identify training opportunities and emerging market needs.
