• Strong technical knowledge in automotive technology.
• Experience in diagnostics, repair or technical support (dealer or OEM environment).
• Experience as a trainer is a strong asset.
• Strong pedagogical skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.

• Ensure effective knowledge transfer to technicians and dealer staff.
• Adapt training approach to audience level (junior to expert).
• Translate manufacturer training material into clear, practical modules.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of training programmes.
• Integrate new technologies (EV, digital tools, diagnostics systems) into training content.
• Stay up to date with automotive innovations (electrification, connectivity).
• Maintain strong technical knowledge aligned with OEM standards.
• Support dealerships in understanding technical procedures and best practices.
• Prepare training environments (vehicles, tools, components).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (training managers, technical experts).
• Ensure training meets manufacturer requirements and certification standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training sessions (classroom, workshop, digital or blended learning).
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer to technicians and dealer staff.
• Adapt training approach to audience level (junior to expert).
• Translate manufacturer training material into clear, practical and impactful modules.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training programmes.
• Integrate new technologies (EV, digital tools, diagnostics systems) into training content.
• Stay up to date with automotive innovations (electrification, connectivity, etc.).
• Maintain strong technical knowledge aligned with OEM standards.
• Support dealerships in understanding technical procedures and best practices.

• Manage training materials and equipment when needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (training managers, technical experts).
• Ensure training meets manufacturer requirements and certification standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance (ISO, audit context).
• Support the Academy in achieving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Profile

• Strong technical knowledge in automotive technology.
• Experience in diagnostics, repair or technical support (dealer or OEM environment).
• Experience as a trainer is a strong asset.
• Strong pedagogical skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Comfortable presenting and facilitating training sessions.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
