MSX International in Diegem, Belgium, invites applications for a Warranty Claims Specialist. You will manage day-to-day warranty claims, verify policies, check claim integrity, and collaborate with senior teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry and/or automotive technology.
• Experience with automotive aftersales processes is a great advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Job Description

Working Pattern:

• 40 hours per week with a schedule from 8:30to 17.00 pm.

Qualifications

• You have some experience in the automotive industry and/or automotive technology
• Experience working in automotive after sales processes is a great advantage, particularly if you have worked at an automotive Retailer or Dealer or if you were a contact point for automotive clients
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
• You have strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
• You have excellent attention to detail and pride yourself on being punctual/reliable
