MSX International in Belgium is recruiting an Automotive Technical Specialist LvL2 to support retailers and independent workshops with diagnostic and repair guidance.

You will identify training needs, escalate complex cases when needed, and work with a team of technical specialists to ensure high-quality service for Dutch-speaking markets. Fluency in Dutch and French, plus strong English, and deep automotive knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in automotive technology or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle technology and electronic systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; good English skills.
• Good MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide diagnostic and repair support to retailers and workshops.
• Identify training needs and reinforce competence gaps.
• Escalate complex cases to the central team as needed.
• Coach retailer staff and document technical issues.
