B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and welcomes a Machine Learning Researcher with a focus on LLMs in our Automotive team. The role aims to innovate and accelerate deployment and development of cutting-edge Generative AI.

You will build and refine multimodal model algorithms, track state-of-the-art trends, maintain code quality, and collaborate with researchers to drive joint initiatives. Prototypes and publications will be part of the responsibilities, with regular reporting

Qualifications

• Master with research experience (internships, academic projects, etc.)
• Experience with foundation models and large vision/multi-modal models
• Proficient in Python (PyTorch or TensorFlow); C++ knowledge a plus
• Experience with model training and evaluation using Hugging Face Trainer API

Responsabilités

• Build and refine algorithms by adapting state-of-the-art multimodal models.
• Track developments in multimodal AI to incorporate SOTA techniques.
• Maintain code quality and oversee the repository throughout the algorithm lifecycle.
• Partner with researchers and stakeholders to drive joint technical initiatives.

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Machine Learning Researcher with a focus on LLM's in our Automotive team.

In this role, the goal is to innovate and accelerate the deployment and development of cutting-edge Generative AI.

Your responsabilities:

• You build and refine algorithms by adapting state-of-the-art multimodal models,
• You track developments in multimodal AI to continuously incorporate SOTA techniques,
• You maintain code quality and oversee the repository throughout the algorithm lifecycle,
• You will be the partner with researchers and stakeholders to drive joint technical initiatives,
• You prototype PoCs and publish breakthroughs at leading ML conferences and project reviews,
• You report findings at regular project meetings and prepare findings for publication,

Your profile:

• Minimum level Master with research experience (as intern, academic project, ...) and mindset,
• Experience with Foundation models (knowledge in large vision models, multi-modal models),
• Proficient in Python ( PyTorch or Tensor Flow ) , C++ knowledge is a plus,
• Experience with model training and evaluation using Hugging Face’s Trainer API.
• Proactive and eager to learn, able to work under pressure, able to manage multiple tasks,
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality results.
• Self-motivated, scientifically curious, collaborative, and an excellent communicator.
