Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with strong cross-functional delivery experience.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration principles including APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with laboratory automation, workflow orchestration, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation integration initiatives within BT Automation Integration product portfolio.
• Define scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop delivery plans and coordinate across teams and platforms.
• Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and communications to ensure value realization.
• Ensure capabilities align with architecture standards and promote reusable components.
