Capgemini Engineering in Courcelles is seeking two Automation Engineers to join on a full-time, on-site basis. You will contribute to warehouse automation projects across the full lifecycle — from design reviews to go-live and ramp-up.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Electromechanics or a master’s in engineering, 2+ years of automation experience, hands-on FAT/SAT, installation, and system integration, plus strong communication with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of detailed engineering and implementation experience in automation projects, preferably warehouse/logistics.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Solid knowledge of automation systems, including FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning and system integration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to coordinate suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support detailed engineering for warehouse automation, including design reviews and documentation.
• Drive FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning and system integration for successful delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support go-live and ramp-up with hands-on technical assistance.
• Engage shopfloor processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Handover automation systems with documentation, training and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in design meetings and client workshops with a collaborative mindset.
