Jefferson Wells Belgium is seeking an Automation Engineer to join a long-term project focused on automation and platform management. You will manage and continuously improve the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), including governance, integrations, and lifecycle management, while designing automation solutions with Ansible, PowerShell, and Python across environments.

You will work with Infrastructure, Security, Identity, and Application teams to scale automation capabilities, document solutions,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) or AWX.
• Experience with PowerShell (mandatory) and Python scripting.
• Knowledge of Windows automation technologies, including WinRM and Active Directory.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows and API integrations.
• Understanding of security concepts, including secrets management, access control, and least-privilege principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and continuously improve the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) including governance, integrations, platform lifecycle management and automation standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions across infrastructure, cloud, and operational environments using Ansible, PowerShell, and Python.
• Support automation initiatives related to certificate management, secrets management, and security processes.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Identity, and Application teams to scale automation capabilities and promote platform adoption.
• Document solutions and share knowledge to spread best practices across the organization.
