Job summary

ConSol Partners is seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our Leuven client and drive enterprise automation initiatives across IT and OT environments. You will develop and govern Ansible-based automation, integrate with cloud and on-prem infrastructure, and promote secure, scalable automation practices.

You will design and implement automation using Ansible, Python, and PowerShell, partnering with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) or AWX, including workflows, inventories, credentials, and RBAC.
• Strong Linux administration skills and Windows automation knowledge (PowerShell, WinRM, Active Directory).
• Experience with scripting: PowerShell (mandatory) and Python, Git-based development workflows, and API integrations.
• Good understanding of security principles, including secrets management and least-privilege concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple technical domains to translate requirements into automation solutions.
