Job summary

AXA Partners in Belgium is looking for a Business Analyst who can analyze and document existing applications, workflows, and end-to-end processes, with a focus on automation and improvements.

You’ll bridge business stakeholders and development teams, gather requirements, and produce clear specifications and user stories while contributing to training and release management in a hybrid, homeworking-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or application modernization.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and experience in process optimization.
• Skills in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for challenging and improving existing workflows.
• Experience or interest in automation and digital solutions is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages like French or Flemish/Dutch are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and customer-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
