Jumbo Supermarkten is seeking a dedicated Assistant Team Leader Service to ensure customers are helped on the service desk and around it. You will guide and train team members, respond to questions, and provide advice while supporting daily operations in the department.

Key responsibilities include delivering top service, coaching the team, onboarding new colleagues, encouraging use of self-checkouts, and monitoring checkout accuracy with spot checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Customer-focused and communicative.

Responsabilités

• Provide the best service to customers including handling complaints and returns.
• Support and coach your team to ensure customers are assisted at all times on the service desk.
• Induct new colleagues with enthusiasm.
• Encourage and assist customers in using self-checkouts and self-service points.
• Ensure correct checkout procedures at all self-scanners and perform spot checks.
