Unique (Belgium) is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join the Business Operations team in Diegem. The role supports planning and executing campaigns, promotional activities and events while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

You will help create content for newsletters, websites and social media, prepare materials, and manage event logistics including venues and registrations. A hybrid work setup is offered with international travel a possibility.

Competenze

• Knowledge of marketing, digital comms, campaigns or event coordination.
• Strong writing skills and ability to create content for different audiences.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools, social platforms, email marketing and CMS.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design or video editing tools is an asset.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage several projects.
• Proactive, independent and good with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
• Willing to travel internationally several times a year.

For an international, technology-driven, non-profit organisation based in Diegem, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to strengthen its Business Operations team.

In this role, you will support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Your responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.


• Coordinate promotional activities and marketing initiatives across different channels.


• Follow up on assigned campaigns and ensure deadlines and objectives are met.


• Manage the administrative follow-up of co-funded marketing activities.

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

• Create engaging content for newsletters, websites, landing pages and social media.


• Prepare presentations and promotional materials.


• Adapt basic visual content and coordinate more specialised creative productions.


• Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand identity.


• Coordinate the practical organisation of online, hybrid and in-person events.


• Arrange venues, travel, accommodation, catering, registrations and event materials.


• Request and compare quotations from suppliers and coordinate bookings.


• Monitor production deadlines and ensure the smooth delivery of events.


• Provide on-site and virtual support during events.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain campaign plans, event schedules, checklists and contact databases.


• Collect and analyse campaign and event performance data.


• Monitor registrations, engagement and marketing results.


• Prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve marketing activities and processes.

Your profile

• You have practical knowledge of marketing, digital communication, campaign coordination and/or event organisation.


• You have strong writing skills and enjoy creating engaging content for different audiences.


• You are familiar with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, email marketing and content management systems.


• Knowledge of basic graphic design or video-editing tools is an asset.


• You are highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing several projects and deadlines simultaneously.


• You are proactive, independent and enjoy working with different stakeholders.


• You are fluent in English, French and Dutch.


• You are willing to travel internationally several times a year for events and professional activities.
