Bright Plus in Diegem is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing campaigns, content creation, and events. You will work closely with an experienced team in a dynamic international environment, gaining hands-on experience and room to grow.

The role requires initial marketing experience, strong English, and a hands-on mindset with excellent organization. Hybrid working options are available after onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Initial professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or event coordination.
• Hands-on, supportive role with opportunity to learn and grow.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to travel occasionally for international events and industry activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Maintain campaign documentation, contact databases, and project schedules.
• Assist in the creation of visual marketing assets.
• Support promotional activities and communication campaigns.
• Coordinate the practical organization of both online and in-person events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
