JD Sports Belgium in Antwerp is seeking an Assistant Manager to energize the store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will guide and motivate staff alongside the Store Manager, ensuring procedures are followed and brand standards are proudly represented.

Daily you will lead with passion, drive sales, and analyse reports to boost profitability. You will mentor your team, oversee visual merchandising, HR processes, recruitment, and health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year as a Floor/ Assistant Manager or leading teams in retail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
