JD Antwerp is seeking an Assistant Manager to energize the store team and drive sales. You will guide the team in daily operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver a memorable customer experience at every touchpoint.

You will collaborate with Store Management to recruit, coach, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with HR policies and safety guidelines. A dynamic retail environment and opportunities for growth are offered at JD Group.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as a Floor/Assistant Manager or leading teams in retail.
• Time management and strong communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
