BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) SME to design, implement, and optimize our PAM solutions within the IAM Evolution Squad in Belgium. You’ll drive secure access governance using CyberArk and SailPoint, collaborating with IT Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Risk teams.

Fluent in English with Dutch and French skills, you’ll bring 10+ years in security, CISSP certification, and deep PAM/IAM expertise, shaping security for a multinational bank in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and CISSP-certified (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of security experience with deep knowledge of PAM (CyberArk) and IAM, plus Segregation of Duties and RBAC.

• Develop and implement access policies that meet strict security and regulatory requirements, guiding evolution of IAM with IT and business teams to ensure security and efficiency.
• Share knowledge and train teams in best practices, and optimize processes using KPIs and continuous improvement.

As part of our IAM Evolution Squad, you'll help build a modern, compliance‑driven identity framework using SailPoint and CyberArk.

You’ll join a 10‑person team of Business Analysts, Security Officers, Product Owner, and Scrum Master based in Montagne Du Parc.

As our Privileged Access Management (PAM) Subject Matter Expert (SME), you’ll be the driving force behind designing, implementing, and optimizing our PAM solutions.

You’ll ensure our security not only meets the highest standards but also evolves with the future.

What will you actually do?

• Develop and implement access policies that meet strict security and regulatory requirements. Guide the evolution of our IAM systems, working closely with IT and business teams to ensure security never comes at the expense of efficiency.
• Share your knowledge and train teams in best practices, and optimize processes using KPIs and continuous improvement because security is never truly "done".
• Collaborate with IAM specialists and cross‑functional teams (IT Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, Risk) to strengthen our security controls. Always stay one step ahead.

YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and CISSP‑certified (or have equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of security experience, with deep knowledge of PAM (CyberArk) and a strong background in IAM, Segregation of Duties, and Role‑Based Access Control. Familiar with SailPoint and Cloud (IaaS/PaaS).
