Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a junior sales professional to execute a strategic international sales plan from our Antwerp office, targeting European markets and offering international exposure to grow your sales career.

You will identify new customers, expand the international portfolio, conduct proactive outreach including cold calling, and build long-term relationships while tracking sales metrics and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least one additional European language.
• Willing and able to work 100% on-site in Antwerp.
• A valid Belgian work permit is required.
• Proactive prospecting and cold calling experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute and contribute to a strategic international sales plan.
• Identify and approach new potential customers.
• Expand and develop the international customer portfolio.
• Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calling.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and commercial opportunities from first contact to deal.
• Analyse and report on sales metrics, market trends and commercial performance.
