Job summary

Trasis is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician for the Flémalle site with occasional travel to the Ans site. You will implement predictive and corrective maintenance on processing equipment, utilities, and related systems within GMP-compliant cleanrooms and aseptic production lines.

You will draft and update technical documentation, support external contractors, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent experience.
• BA4 and/or BA5 electrical certification.
• English minimum level B1+.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Autonomous, organized, and able to effectively prioritize work.
• Proactive mindset and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Implement maintenance plans and perform corrective maintenance, consulting external service providers when necessary.
• Carry out maintenance operations, adjustments, fine-tuning, cleaning, and calibration of equipment.
• Ensure optimal operation and compliance of cleanrooms and aseptic production line support systems.
• Draft and update technical documentation, drawings, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to improve equipment availability and reliability.
• Coordinate activities for cleanroom compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare intervention reports and update the maintenance management database.
• Contribute to external contractor specifications.
• Propose technical solutions to optimize maintenance activities.
• Contribute to risk assessments and evaluation of equipment criticality.
• Ensure GMP and HSE compliance with full traceability of interventions.
• Perform and document metrological verification activities.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to alarms.
