Job summary

GSK Belgium seeks an on-site maintenance specialist to keep production equipment reliable and available. You will perform preventive, corrective and diagnostic maintenance, working with production, quality and engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve performance.

You will join a hands-on team with opportunities for technical development, and you will contribute to delivering medicines and vaccines to patients while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• CESS in electromechanics or A2 diploma with equivalent experience.
• Practical maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to diagnose and work on electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Good command of French and technical understanding of English.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and work systems (SAP, Outlook, Excel).
• Availability to work the stated shifts and a strong team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on production and technical equipment.
• Diagnose faults, analyse root causes and deliver lasting corrective actions.
• Support and implement small technical improvement and optimisation projects.
• Record maintenance activities accurately and in line with procedures and quality requirements.
• Follow and promote safety rules, good manufacturing practices and site quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams to minimise equipment downtime.
