Euroclear invites experienced architects to join the Architecture Office within the Enterprise Architecture division. You will provide transversal and transformational support to the EA division, stakeholders, and architecture-related monitoring and control services.

The role focuses on structuring architecture repositories, dashboards, governance, and promoting best practices while enhancing efficiency and automation across topics.

Responsabilités

• Support the Architecture Board (preparation & planning, review of documents, minutes, follow-up actions).
• Structure & maintain the Architecture Repository.
• Produce & maintain Architecture Dashboards.
• Support Architecture Communities (e.g. Architecture Guild).
• Coordinate transversal initiatives (processes, governance, reporting).
• Automate processes & activities to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architectural practice and operating model.
• Promote best practices within the division and wider Architecture community.

You will be joining the Enterprise Architecture (EA) division at Euroclear, a leading post-trade financial market infrastructure.

The EA division is an experienced and multi-disciplinary group of architects responsible for:

• Defining the enterprise architecture directions & standards, aligned to the company strategies & goals;
• Defining the investment themes to develop or transform the IT capabilities supporting the business units' strategies;
• Maintaining a multi-year strategic investment plan & technology roadmap and advising on IT investment decisions;
• Steering the definition & realisation of capabilities and solutions to support business objectives (process, applications, data and technology) in alignment with the enterprise architecture directions.

Role

You will be joining the Architecture Office team, providing transversal and transformational support to the EA division, the wider Architecture community & stakeholders, as well as architecture-related monitoring and control services.

Your Role Will Be To

• Support the Architecture Board (Preparation & planning, review of incoming documents, minutes, follow up actions...)
• Structure & maintain the Architecture Repository
• Produce & maintain Architecture Dashboards
• Support the Architecture Communities (e.g. organising and facilitating the Architecture Guild)
• Coordinate transversal initiatives (related to architecture process, practice, governance, reporting ...)
• Automate processes & activities where relevant, improving efficiency
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architectural practice and evolution of the architectural services and operating model
• Promote best practices within the division and wider Architecture community

Profile

• You have proven facilitation & coordination experience
• You have good analytical, planning, and organisational skills
• You have experience in managing complex topics, that span across various stakeholders or processes
• You are good in stakeholder management and engagement
• You are a good communicator
• You are fluent in English
• You are an active listener
• You are self-motivated, eager to learn and experiment (e.g. usage of AI), and you have a proactive working approach
• You have experience with working in a multi-cultural environment
• You have a solid experience with Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams, ...)
• Experience in the financial industry or IT environment is considered as a plus
• Experience with COBIT processes of Manage Strategy, Manage Enterprise Architecture, Manage Portfolio or equivalents is considered as a plus
• Basic experience with tooling, coding, automation and/or Power Platform is considered as a plus
