Euroclear’s Enterprise Architecture division invites a skilled architect to provide transversal and transformational support to the EA division, the broader Architecture community, and governance services. You will help coordinate and drive architecture-related monitoring, reporting and process improvement across stakeholders across the company.

• Proven facilitation & coordination experience.
• Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills.

• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Solid experience with Office365 tools.
• Experience in the financial IT environment is a plus.
• COBIT processes experience (Manage Strategy, Manage Enterprise Architecture, Manage Portfolio) is a plus.
• Basic experience with tooling, coding, automation and/or Power Platform is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the Architecture Board (preparation & planning, review of documents, minutes, follow-up actions).
• Produce and maintain Architecture Dashboards.
• Support Architecture Communities (e.g., organizing and facilitating Architecture Guild).
• Coordinate transversal initiatives related to architecture processes, governance and reporting.
• Automate processes and activities where relevant to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architectural practice and operating model.
• Promote best practices within the division and wider Architecture community.

You will be joining the Enterprise Architecture (EA) division at Euroclear, a leading post-trade financial market infrastructure.

The EAdivisionis an experienced andmulti-disciplinary group of architectsresponsible for:

• Defining the enterprise architecture directions & standard,aligned to the company strategies & goals;
• Defining the investment themes to develop or transform the IT capabilities supporting the business units' strategies;
• Maintaining a multi-year strategic investment plan & technology roadmap and advising on IT investment decisions;
• Steering the definition & realisation of capabilities and solutions to support businessobjectives(process, applications,dataand technology) in alignment with the enterprise architecture directions.

Role

You willbe joiningthe ArchitectureOffice team,providing transversal and transformational support to the EAdivision, the wider Architecture community & stakeholders, as well as architecture-related monitoring and control services.

Your role will beto:

Profile

• You have proven facilitation& coordinationexperience
• You have good analytical, planning, and organisational skills
• You have experienceinmanaging complextopics, that span across various stakeholders or processes
• You are good in stakeholder managementand engagement
• You are a good communicator
• You are fluent in English
• You are an active listener
• You are self-motivated, eager to learnand experiment(e.g. usage of AI),and you have a proactive working approach
• You have experience with working in a multi-cultural environment
• You have a solidexperience with Office365(Excel, PowerPoint,Sharepoint, Teams, ...)
• Experience in the financial industry or IT environment is considered as a plus
• Experiencewith COBIT processes of Manage Strategy, Manage Enterprise Architecture, ManagePortfolioor equivalents is considered as a plus
• Basic experience with tooling, coding,automationand/orPowerPlatformis considered as a plus
