Euroclear’s Enterprise Architecture division invites a skilled architect to provide transversal and transformational support to the EA division, the broader Architecture community, and governance services. You will help coordinate and drive architecture-related monitoring, reporting and process improvement across stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• Proven facilitation & coordination experience.
• Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills.
• Experience managing complex topics across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement abilities.
• Clear communicator with fluent English.
• Active listener with proactive, learning mindset.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Solid experience with Office365 tools.
• Experience in the financial IT environment is a plus.
• COBIT processes experience (Manage Strategy, Manage Enterprise Architecture, Manage Portfolio) is a plus.
• Basic experience with tooling, coding, automation and/or Power Platform is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the Architecture Board (preparation & planning, review of documents, minutes, follow-up actions).
• Produce and maintain Architecture Dashboards.
• Support Architecture Communities (e.g., organizing and facilitating Architecture Guild).
• Coordinate transversal initiatives related to architecture processes, governance and reporting.
• Automate processes and activities where relevant to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architectural practice and operating model.
• Promote best practices within the division and wider Architecture community.
