Televic Rail is looking for an AR/AP Accountant to support daily accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate processing, VAT handling and timely reconciliations in a dynamic international finance team. You will manage credit control, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and contribute to month-end close.

A Bachelor’s in accounting or related field is required, with strong Excel skills and fluency in Dutch and English; SAP FI is a plus.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field or equivalent experience.
First experience in credit control, accounts receivable and/or accounts payable.
Hands-on with Excel; SAP FI experience is a plus.
Fluent in Dutch and English; German or French is a plus.
Assertive yet diplomatic in following up payments and protecting customer relations.

Mansioni

Process and follow up customer and supplier invoices, credit notes and expenses.
Monitor outstanding receivables and perform proactive credit control.
Prepare and execute payment runs and allocate payments.
Perform account and bank reconciliations and investigate items.
Support month-end closing and ensure accurate financial data.
Process transactions in line with Belgian VAT rules and intra-community requirements.
Respond to accounting questions from customers, suppliers and internal colleagues.
Maintain clear documentation and contribute to efficient finance processes.
