Expleo Belgium is seeking a senior Quality & APQP lead to embed and sustain the APQP methodology across Thales Alenia Space Belgium projects. You will define training plans, adapt tools, and oversee quality process redesign during the SAP transition, coaching teams to improve maturity.

The role requires hands-on APQP experience, project management skills, and a proactive approach to ensure alignment with market needs and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of APQP gained through proven hands-on experience.
• Proficiency with APQP tools and the ability to adapt them to different contexts.
• Experience in project management, product development, and related processes.
• Ability to develop training plans and coach teams.
• Ability to understand market needs and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of quality standards and best practices in quality management.
• Ability to audit and draft documentation related to quality processes.
• Experience in managing quality processes and process redesign projects.
• Proven experience in problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Embed and sustain the APQP methodology within the culture and development processes.
• Define and implement a training, coaching, and APQP maintenance plan.
• Adapt APQP tools to the company’s scale, production volumes, market needs, and maturity development.
• Implement activities necessary to achieve an effective new product development process.
• Audit and assist leadership in quality manual overhaul.
• Lead quality process overhaul during SAP transition.
• Coach teams in the problem-solving process to increase maturity.
