Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking a seasoned APQP/Quality Lead to embed APQP tools within Belgium operations and drive new product development improvements. You will define training plans, coach teams, and oversee the transition of quality processes to SAP, aligning with market needs and manufacturing realities.

Responsibilities include auditing quality documentation, updating manuals, and guiding cross-functional teams to mature problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• APQP knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Proficiency with APQP tools and adapting them to contexts.
• Experience in project management, product development and related processes.
• Ability to develop training plans and coach teams.
• Understanding of market needs and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of quality standards and quality management practices.
• Ability to audit and draft quality documentation.
• Experience in managing quality processes and process redesign projects.
• Proven experience in problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Embed and sustain the APQP methodology and core tools within the culture and development processes of Thales Alenia Space Belgium
• Define and implement a training, coaching, and APQP maintenance plan
• Adapt APQP tools to the company's scale, production volumes,market needs, and current tools for new product maturity development
• Implement any other activities necessary to achieve an effective new product development process
• Audit and assist the Quality Director and the Chief Operating Officer in the overhaul of the quality manual for Thales Alenia Space Belgium
• Lead the overhaul of quality processes and the implementation of new tools as part of the transition to SAP and related initiatives
• Coach teams in the problem-solving process to increase team maturity
