The mission requires an Application Architect to strengthen the team responsible for a large-scale digital document delivery platform and several document services applications. The architect will work closely with the current architecture lead to support the evolution of enterprise-grade services, ensure scalability and performance improvements, enhance observability and monitoring capabilities, and prepare the platforms for future growth and increased usage. The role also involves overseeing technical evolutions, maintenance initiatives, and migration projects while ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices. In addition, the architect is expected to provide technical guidance and coaching to development teams.

Your missions:

• Strengthen the architecture team responsible for the enterprise digital mailbox platform.
• Collaborate closely with the existing architect on evolution and transformation projects.
• Support the consolidation of the platform with a focus on performance, scalability, observability, and monitoring.
• Prepare the architecture for future increases in workload and system adoption.
• Act as Application Architect for multiple applications within the Document Services domain.
• Ensure architectural consistency across functional evolutions, maintenance activities, and migration projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor development activities.
• Guarantee alignment with organizational architecture standards and technical guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership and support to development teams through coaching, reviews, and architectural guidance.

• Analyze and define application architecture for new initiatives and enhancements.
• Design and validate technical solutions for enterprise-scale applications.
• Support the continuous evolution of document-related platforms and services.
• Assess and supervise technical changes linked to functional enhancements.
• Follow up on maintenance and migration activities.

• Provide guidance to developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
