Job summary

3M Belgium is seeking an Analytical Testing Coordinator to oversee end-to-end subcontracted testing, from proposal synthesis to final report verification, ensuring alignment with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and project goals.

You will coordinate sample collection with environmental/technical consultants, track chain-of-custody, and translate consultant proposals into General Project Outlines for internal approval and execution. Strong admin, procurement, and data-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or data management within a corporate or technical setting.
• Strong understanding of analytical parameters, unit conversions, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end subcontracted testing workflows from proposal to final report verification.
• Coordinate sample collection schedules and track chain-of-custody with external labs.
• Synthesize consultant proposals into General Project Outlines for approval and execution.
• Monitor lead times, address quality queries, and evaluate lab turnaround performance.
• Audit lab reports against GPO requirements and raw data before archiving.
• Provide technical review of lab reports against project quality objectives and test methods.
• Handle quotations, perform 3-way matching (Quote/PO/Invoice), and approve external invoices.
