3M is seeking an Analytical Testing Coordinator in Zwijndrecht, Belgium. This role oversees subcontracted testing workflows, coordinates sample collection with consultants, and translates proposals into actionable GPOs for internal approval and execution.

You will monitor vendor performance, audit lab reports for quality, and perform financial matching and invoice approvals in a structured environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Experience in administrative support, project coordination, procurement support, or data management.
• Strong understanding of analytical parameters and testing methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external vendors and internal teams.
• High precision in data auditing, numeric reconciliation and QC verification.
• Proficient with Excel and data management platforms.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end subcontracted testing workflows from proposal through validation and final report verification.
• Coordinate sample collection schedules and track chain-of-custody with external labs.
• Synthesize consultant proposals into General Project Outlines (GPOs) for approvals and execution.
• Monitor lead times, address issues in reports, and evaluate lab turnaround performance.
• Audit incoming lab reports against GPOs and raw data before archiving.
• Technical review of lab reports against project quality objectives and test method criteria.
• Handle quotation updates, perform three-way matching, and approve external invoices.
