Qnity Semiconductor Technologies in Belgium seeks an Analytical Science Leader for the CMPT business. You will lead a team of scientists, guide analytical method development, and partner across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and customers to drive innovation and issue resolution.

You will oversee data generation, reporting, and SOP development while championing safety and continuous improvement. A Ph.D. or MS in a related field with 5+ years in analytical labs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in analytical laboratory environments and SOP documentation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop team of scientists, technologists, and technicians.
• Prioritize analytical testing and method development to meet business objectives.
• Drive and maintain metrology stage gate process for analytical rigor.
• Provide technical support for multidisciplinary teams for new products, materials, and issue resolution.
• Build partnerships with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and account teams; communicate priorities clearly.
