Job summary

MindCapture BV is seeking an Analytical Method Development Scientist to advance analytical qPCR and ELISA methods for biopharma manufacturing. You will lead method transfers to production, ensure robust documentation and training, and drive method improvements in collaboration with R&D and QC teams.

The role combines hands-on lab work with data interpretation, DOE studies and compliance with cGMP. Fluent English is essential; Dutch is a plus. Full-time onsite in Geel, Belgium.

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Strong qPCR and ELISA experience.
• Analytical method development, qualification and validation in biopharma.
• Good understanding of cGMP in analytics.
• DOE studies for method qualification/validation.
• Analytical and statistical data interpretation.
• Excellent scientific writing and reporting.
• Fluent English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.
• Full-time onsite in Geel, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in analytical qPCR and ELISA, esp. host cell impurity.
• Lead analytical method handovers from R&D to manufacturing support with training.
• Support transfer to Quality Control, including protocols and reporting.
• Design, develop, optimise and validate analytical methods for processes.
• Independently design experiments and execute analytical studies.
• Prepare high-quality protocols, documentation and study reports.
• Perform analytical data trending and method monitoring.
• Investigate deviations, identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Present results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for implementation across sites.
