Responsibilities
- Assisting project leads in developing needs assessments, strategies and capacity building activities for the clients
- Provide data-backed insights to support strategy development and client presentations.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions by suggesting data-informed ideas and recommendations.
- Track and analyse the performance of digital content across platforms (e.g., social media, YouTube, websites).
- Identify patterns in content engagement, audience demographics, and reach.
- Report on content insights and recommend strategies for enhancing engagement and reach.
- Data gathering, analysis, and visualisation during the projects
- Trend analysis and forecasting: monitoring and analysing industry trends to provide clients with relevant market insights.
- Use historical data and predictive models to forecast future trends (market, financial, organisational)
- Prepare reports and briefings that highlight key trends and potential impacts for clients.
- Support client meetings by preparing and presenting data-driven insights tailored to client needs.
- Work with clients to define relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measuring campaign or business success.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data analysis processes, reducing manual efforts and increasing efficiency.
- Implement automation tools where possible, such as scripting for data extraction or report generation.

- Designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards for ongoing reporting and data visualisation.
