Jnomics is seeking an Analyst to generate data-driven insights and support project teams in delivering value for clients. The role emphasizes reliable analysis, strong digital tools knowledge, and clear communication of complex information.

You will design and maintain interactive dashboards, track content performance, conduct market research, and help define KPIs with clients. A focus on automation and efficient data processes is encouraged, with remote work and occasional meetups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Media, Data Science or Economics.
• Proven analytical skills with experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities to present findings clearly.

Responsabilités

• Assist project leads with needs assessments, strategies and capacity-building activities.
• Provide data-backed insights to support strategy development and client presentations.
• Create data-informed recommendations and participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Track and analyze performance of digital content across platforms (social media, YouTube, websites).
• Identify patterns in engagement, demographics and reach.
• Prepare reports highlighting trends and potential client impacts.
• Develop interactive dashboards for ongoing reporting and data visualization.
