Thon Hotels recrute un All-round Commis (M/F/X) à Bruxelles pour rejoindre l’équipe du Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie. Vous travaillerez en Food & Beverage avec des horaires variés et une forte interaction client, dans une équipe internationale.

Expérience dans le secteur, sens du service, et capacité à communiquer en anglais, français et néerlandais sont requis. CDI, temps plein, emplacement Brussels, porte sur tous les services F&B tels que petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans un poste similaire. Une expérience en bar et/ou restaurant est un plus.
• Implication: vous cherchez un poste et une équipe où vous pouvez faire une différence directe.
• Développement personnel: vous souhaitez apprendre, vous développer, prendre des initiatives et vous épanouir.
• Orientation client: rendre les clients heureux est votre priorité.
• Communication: vous aimez être en contact avec les autres en anglais, français et néerlandais.
• Flexibilité: pas de 9h-17h; vous travaillerez sur tous les créneaux et toutes les prestations F&B.
• Rigueur: vous avez le sens du détail.
• Confiance: vous maîtrisez les mets et boissons et pouvez guider les clients dans leurs choix.

• Émerveillez les clients avec un service exemplaire et en allant au-delà.
• Amusez-vous en travaillant avec une équipe dynamique et internationale.
• Assurez le service et restez attentif aux clients.
• Travaillez selon des horaires flexibles et sur toutes les prestations F&B.
• Souriez et mettez les clients à l’aise.
• Surveillez les tendances et améliorez continuellement la satisfaction des clients.
• Amusez-vous et restez motivé dans un cadre international.
