Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie in Brussels is seeking an All-round Commis to join our dynamic team. You will contribute to a warm, guest-centric atmosphere and support smooth service across all F&B outlets.

Experience in a similar role, a passion for hospitality, and flexibility with shifts are essential. You will delight guests, collaborate with an international team, and help maintain high standards of service throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, preferably in bar or restaurant.
• Directly contribute to guest happiness and team impact.
• Willingness to develop personally and take initiative.
• Customer oriented with priority on guest satisfaction.
• Fluent communication in English, French and Dutch.
• Flexible with shifts across all F&B outlets.

Responsabilités

• Amaze guests with excellent service and by going the extra mile.
• Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends and improve accordingly.
• Serve across all F&B outlets including breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, and banqueting.
• Ensure guest happiness and provide guidance on menu choices.
• Be flexible with schedules and shifts.
