ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead strategic digital transformation projects in a modern Agile environment. You will manage end-to-end IT projects delivering Java-based web applications that support public digital services modernization, coordinating business stakeholders and technical teams.

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects using Agile/Scrum.
• 3+ years of experience managing Java-based web application projects.
• Proven ability coordinating business and technical stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strong prioritization, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience producing executive-level project reporting and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of UML2 and BPMN for analysis and discussion.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities.
• Professional proficiency in French.

• Lead multiple IT projects from initiation through delivery.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and coordinate project activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively implement mitigation actions.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.
• Challenge and validate proposed technical solutions while ensuring consistency with business requirements and enterprise architecture principles.
• Support Agile delivery by promoting Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.
• Prepare clear and effective reporting for operational, management, and executive audiences.
• Coordinate project governance activities, steering committees, and decision-making processes.
• Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies and project management community meetings.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and foster a collaborative team environment.

ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead strategic digital transformation projects within a modern Agile environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations while facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams. Working alongside architects, developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and business experts, you will play a key role in delivering business-critical Java-based web applications that support the modernization of public digital services.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Java-based web application projects.
• Proven experience coordinating business and technical stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strong ability to prioritize activities, manage competing demands, and make informed project decisions.
• Solid experience producing executive-level project reporting and dashboards.
• Good understanding of UML2 and BPMN for project analysis and solution discussions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Professional proficiency in French.

Nice to Have

• Practical experience with JIRA.
• Knowledge of TOGAF principles and Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience working within digital transformation or modernization programs.
• Familiarity with Agile governance and large-scale software delivery.
