ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS in Belgium is seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Analyst Developer to join a challenging digital transformation program. You will work across the full delivery lifecycle, from understanding business and technical requirements to design, development, testing, deployment and production support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analysis, design and development of full-stack web applications within a Java/Spring ecosystem.
• 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot, including Spring MVC, dependency injection, configuration and data access.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular and TypeScript, with solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, HTTP and JSON.
• 3+ years of experience integrating SOAP and REST services, including the ability to work with WSDL and XSD.
• 3+ years of experience developing secure applications, including authentication, authorisation, role management and secure exchanges.
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD, including automated builds, testing, quality checks and deployments.
• 3+ years of experience with Maven and Git.
• 3+ years of experience with automated unit and integration testing, particularly JUnit.
• 3+ years of experience producing structured technical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Analyse functional requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in detailed design of applications and their frontend, backend and integration components.
• Develop modern web applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot, Angular and TypeScript.
• Design and develop backend services and REST APIs; integrate SOAP and REST Web Services.
• Implement secure application mechanisms covering authentication, authorisation, roles and secure data exchanges.
• Work with security standards such as WS-Security and OAuth; develop unit and integration tests.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation of builds, quality checks, tests and deployments.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation including architecture and deployment procedures.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development, security and quality standards.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal teams; contribute to incident and change management.

AISB-1010 Senior Java Full Stack Analyst Developer

ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Analyst Developer to join a challenging digital transformation environment and contribute to the evolution of business-critical applications and data exchange platforms. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys combining technical analysis, architecture, development, integration and problem-solving rather than focusing on coding alone. You will work across the full delivery lifecycle, from understanding business and technical requirements to design, development, testing, deployment and production support.

Your Mission

• Analyse functional requirements and technical constraints and translate them into robust technical solutions
• Participate in the detailed design of applications and their frontend, backend and integration components
• Develop modern web applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Angular and TypeScript
• Design and develop backend services and REST APIs
• Integrate and consume SOAP and REST Web Services, working with WSDL, XSD, XML and JSON
• Implement secure application mechanisms covering authentication, authorisation, roles and secure data exchanges
• Work with security standards such as WS-Security and OAuth
• Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit and equivalent testing frameworks
• Contribute to functional testing and troubleshoot and resolve defects
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development, security, quality and architecture standards
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and the automation of builds, quality checks, tests and deployments
• Work with tools such as Git, Maven, GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube and Nexus
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including architecture and design documents and deployment procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and engineering processes
• Provide technical support to teams and contribute to incident, problem and change management
• Ensure knowledge transfer and share technical expertise with internal teams

Your Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analysis, design and development of full-stack web applications within a Java/Spring ecosystem
• 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot, including Spring MVC, dependency injection, configuration and data access
• 3+ years of experience with Angular and TypeScript, with solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, HTTP and JSON
• 3+ years of experience integrating SOAP and REST services, including the ability to work with WSDL and XSD
• 3+ years of experience developing secure applications, including authentication, authorisation, role management and secure exchanges
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD, including automated builds, testing, quality checks and deployments
• 3+ years of experience with Maven and Git
• 3+ years of experience with automated unit and integration testing, particularly JUnit

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OpenAPI / Swagger and API design practices
• Experience with Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and JWT
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL
• Experience with GitLab, GitLab Runner, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus or equivalent DevOps tooling
• Experience with SoapUI, Postman or equivalent API testing tools
• Knowledge of layered architectures, SOA, design patterns and UML 2
• Awareness of OWASP recommendations and secure development practices
