Challenge Group is seeking a Logistics Agent in Liège to coordinate cargo movements from start to finish, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the central link between warehouse, trucking, airlines, handlers, and customers to maintain efficient and secure shipments in line with company standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field; prior logistics or airline customer support experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications or training related to logistics, cargo operations, or safety standards are an advantage.
• Experience in logistics or airline customer support is an asset; junior candidates welcome.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee daily cargo activities, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently from start to finish
• Ensure accurate shipment documentation and compliance with company, security, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address operational challenges
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Maintain accurate operational data and support effective communication between stakeholders
• Coordinate the handling of specific cargo in line with established procedures
• Support booking management, service quality, and operational performance
• Contribute to cost efficiency, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure smooth communication and handover between teams to maintain operational continuity

The Logistics Agent is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of cargo movements in line with team processes, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The role serves as the central point of coordination between warehouse, trucking, airlines, handlers, and customers, ensuring shipments move efficiently, securely, and in full alignment with company standards and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

As a Logistics Agent at Challenge Group, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient cargo operations. Your responsibilities will include:
